Taguig City University proudly secured the ๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ spot in the recently concluded ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐: ๐๐๐ ๐ข๐ฌ๐๐ง ๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ฌ๐๐ง, held on ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐, ๐๐๐๐ at the ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐จ๐ ๐ข๐จ “๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ ” ๐๐จ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ณ ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐ก๐ง๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ ๐ฒ (๐๐๐๐๐๐). Centered on the theme “๐๐ฉ๐๐๐ค๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ: ๐๐๐๐๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง,” the competition brought together some of the most promising student debaters from leading universities across Metro Manila.
Representing TCU with intellect, eloquence, and heart, the ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ญ๐ ๐๐๐๐ฆโcomposed of ๐๐ฒ๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐๐ซ๐๐ฐ๐ฌ ๐. ๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ซ, Team Captain from the Public Administration Department, ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐ฒ ๐. ๐๐๐ก๐ข๐ง๐๐ฒ from the Psychology Department, and ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฎ๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐. ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ from the English Departmentโdelivered compelling arguments and displayed sharp analytical thinking throughout the tournament.
This achievement reflects the caliber of education and training that Taguig City University continues to upholdโone that cultivates not only academic competence, but the confidence and civic consciousness necessary for students to make meaningful contributions beyond the classroom.
