A. Basic Qualification Criteria
1. Applicant must be a resident of Taguig City for at least three (3) years before the application.
2. With at least one (1) parent a registered voter of the City.
3. If the applicant is 18 years old or older, the applicant must be a registered voter of the City.
4. Must be an incoming second year only. The applicant must have completed at most one (1) academic year in college prior to the application, but not more than 1 year after the last enrollment.
5. Must have no failed subject/s; no incomplete grade/s; and have no dropped subject/s.
6. Must have a GWA of at least 1.75 or 88.75% and certified by his/her previous school.
B. Application Requirements
1. Medical, Dental, and Physical Examination Certificates (CBC, Urinalysis, X-Ray).
2. Honorable Dismissal from previous school.
3. Official Transcript of Record (TOR) from the previous school.
4. PSA issued Birth Certificate.
5. Certificate of Good Moral Character issued within the last 6 months by the previous school.
6. Two (2) pieces recent 2×2 ID pictures (at least 6 months): ID pictures in a collared shirt with white background and name tag (Example: Dela Cruz, Juan Tan)
PRE-ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE and TIMELINE for TRANSFEREES for 2nd Semester, A.Y. 2024-2025
Step 1: Online application will be on October 14-28, 2024. Please visit the link or scan the QR code. Fill out the form carefully, completely, and truthfully. Dishonesty or misdeclarations may be ground for disqualification.
Step 2: Submit the required documents on November 11, 2024 at the Registrar’s Office.
Step 3: The Registrar’s Office will post the names of those who passed the Step 2 on November 18, 2024.
Step 4: Interviews by the TCU Evaluation Committee for Transferees will be on November 25 – 27, 2024.
Step 5: Results of those qualified to transfer will be released on December 9, 2024. No appeal will be entertained.
Step 6: Wait for the schedule of enrollment.
