The Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology (BSIT) is a four-year degree program that has a total of 1,200 Practicum- On- the- Job Training and skills test hours. This program provides the students with specialized knowledge and skills in Automotive, Electrical and Electronics, together with progressively arranged principles and procedures of shop training to enable students to master the fundamentals and specialized skills of the occupation for which training is desired. Also, this curriculum prepares the student for supervisory and managerial positions in industries.
The degree program that focuses on conceptualizing, developing, and designing a safe, economical, and ethical utilization of electrical energy. The program also trains students to effectively develop and test real-life applications of electrical circuitry, digital systems, electrical equipment, and machinery control.
The Industrial Electricity program is designed to provide training in basic theories, principles, and understanding of electrical safety theory and application, schematic diagram, national electric code, and electric motor control. Graduates are employed in manufacturing, fabrication, maintenance, facilities management, operations, and other related areas in electrical service industries. Also, graduates are engaged in entrepreneurship and electrical service shop management.
